Delivery
UK delivery Standard UK delivery is £5.95.
International delivery We ship worldwide. Express international delivery is available, with rates shown at checkout or quoted on request.
Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
In transit All shipments are insured while in transit. Once your parcel has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with what you have chosen. If not, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you wish to return it.
To start a return, send the item back to our returns address, quoting your order number and the reason for return. Please include a copy of your order in the parcel.

Condition Please take care when trying items on. To be accepted, returns must be:
- unworn, unwashed and in their original, unused condition;
- complete with all garment tags still attached. We cannot accept items once tags have been removed;
- free of any marks, including make-up and deodorant;
- returned in their original packaging.
Return postage Returns are made at your own cost and risk, so we recommend a tracked or signed-for service and keeping your proof of postage. Return postage is only reimbursed where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds Once your return reaches us and has been inspected against this policy, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-7 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Returns received outside the stated timeframe may be accepted at our discretion. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or another piece, email us at info@djmurraygolf.com before returning your order and we will guide you through it. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, we are sorry, and we will put it right. Email info@djmurraygolf.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
Caring for your DJ Murray
To keep your pieces looking their best, wash cold, avoid fabric softener and dry away from direct heat. Full care guidance is on the label of each garment.
